How to Find Prospects at Your Parties and Elsewhere
What works for me is to just find someone at our party or in real life whom we can click with.
Find something about them that YOU really like. Tell them what it is!! Just come right out and say..”I have to tell you, I just love the way you are sooo outgoing and fun. I’ve been watching you during the presentation and I keep saying..I just really want her on my team…she’s great!!” (just be honest, but in a non-business type atmosphere/conversa tion)
Women love to be complemented. We tend to stick with peeps who make us feel good. Think about it. Do you tend to hang out with people who make you feel good about yourself or with people who make you feel great? I know that I will befriend someone very quickly if they show they like me, complement me, and make me feel good about MYSELF. If someone is rude, ignores, or takes all the attention (in a bad way) then I tend to not want to associate with them.
So seek out those who catch your eye and tell them why they did. It’ll make them feel great.
Even if they don’t become a consultant, they will have been made felt better by your kind words.
