My 1st Goal:
I have parties booked for the next few weeks, but I liked having someone under me booking parties, making the sales, and training her.
I want to be able to make enough money off some of these parties to pay for Passion Power.  George has been weird about me going (since it is my bday weekend), so if I can pay for it all myself then he can’t really complain!
6 Month Goal:
My goal is to have AT LEAST 4 consultants under me.
I know some people may strive for more than that, but looking at my track record in this area, I I’m going with 4.
1 Year Goal:
Vegas!  and have it paid for!   I want to be a team manager! or I should be striving for ED.

Barb, Here are my goals for the next year… I know they are BIG ones but I am determined to make them all come true!
1 Month Goal:
By 10:00 pm on June 30th, 2009…
I will recruit 4 more consultants and promote to Executive Manager!
All Consultants on my Team will be qualified.
All my Consultant personal sales will average $500 retail.
My personal sales will be $6,000+ retail for the month.
I will have created a Team Atmosphere by establishing a team name and Newsletter and contest each month!
I will make weekly contact with each of my team members.
I will talk to strangers and give them a goody bag in exchage for thier info to enable me to reach my booking goals.
My party calendar filled for July and August with 24 bookings total!
All of this will allow me to help my team reach their goals while I  reach mine. Passion Parties will be my only job starting July 1, 2009 and will support my current lifestyle!
6 Month Goal:
By 10:00pm, November 30th 2009…
I will be Executive Manager!
I will have 20 qualified consutants on my team.
I am organized and have weekly contact with my entire team.
5 of which will be Team Leaders whom I work with regularly to meet their goals.
It is easy for me to maintain my $6,000 in personal sales each month with weeknite parties & reservicing.
My team newsletter is a success and half of my team is reaching the contest goals each and every month!
1 Year Goal:
By 10:00 pm, May 30th 2010…
I am maintaining my personal & team sales and am tracking for $250,000 annual team sales. My team has grown to include at least 1 consultant from 10 different states.
Half of my team will attend the 16th annual Passion Party Convention!
I am comfortable and successful with scheduled team conference calls.
Weekly contact with my team is easy and coaching is 2nd nature to me.
My team newsletter and contest is a continued success and half the team is continuing to reach each monthly goal.
